Why 67?
The original Mother Dough (starter) that got me into sourdough was 67
Years old. From that moment I started seeing the number 67 everywhere. So I took it as a sign and started referring to my own dough as 67Sourdough. And it stuck!

Under the hood of all our pizzas is our turbo charged bubbly 67 Starter. “67” is fed on a daily basis using the finest Shipton Mill flour and Berky filtered water.
